Eligibility

The Carolina Turf “Refer a Neighbor” program (“Program”) is open to current Carolina Turf customers in good standing who refer new residential customers within our service area. By participating, both the referring customer (“Referrer”) and the referred friend or neighbor (“Referred Customer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Reward Details

  • Each qualified referral equals one $25 credit for the Referrer and one $25 credit for the Referred Customer.
  • Credits apply toward future services only and have no cash value.
  • Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other promotions or discounts.
  • There is no limit on the number of referrals a customer may make, provided each Referred Customer is new to Carolina Turf.


Qualification Requirements

  • The Referred Customer must be a new customer who has never received services from Carolina Turf.
  • The Referred Customer must complete and pay for at least one service.
  • If multiple Referrers are named, the credit will be applied to the first name listed on the sign-up form.
  • Referrals made through paid advertising, mass emails, or other commercial means are not eligible.

Timing of Credits

  • Referral credits will typically appear within 14 days after the Referred Customer’s first completed and paid service.


Other Terms

  • Carolina Turf reserves the right to verify referrals and withhold or cancel credits if a referral was made in error or in violation of these Terms.
  • Carolina Turf may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Credits earned before the Program ends will remain valid for 6 months.
